G Em C D G Em Well way back in the olden times my computer worked for me C D I'll laugh all day and as I play on Zork 1 2 and 3 G Em The Amiga VIC 20 and the Sinclair 2 the TRS 80 and the Apple II C D They did what they were supposed to do it wasn't much but it was enough G Em But then Xerox made this prototype and Steve Jobs came on the scene C D Red of mice and menus windows icons a trash and a bitmap screen G Em Old Stevie said to Xerox well boys turn your heads and cough C D And when no one was looking he ripped their interfaces of G Em He stole every feature that he has seen put it in a cute box with a tiny little screen C D Mac OS 1 ran that machine only cost 5000 bucks G Em But it was slow it was buggy so they wrote it again and well now they are up to OS 10 C They will charge you for an upgrade then they will charge you again D But the Mac OS still sucks C D G D Well every OS wastes your time from the desktop to the lap C D Everything since Apple DOS C D Just a bunch of crap C G D G From Microsoft to Macintosh to lin lan lin Lainux C D Every computer crashes C D Em Because every OS sucks Em D G Em Well then Microsoft jumped in the game copied Apple's interface with an OS named C D Windows 3.1 and it was twice as lame but the stock price rose and rose G Em Then Windows 95 then 98 man solitaire never ran that great C D And every single version came out late but I guess that's the way it goes G Em But that bloatware will crash and delete your work and TXP man none of them work C D Bill Gate might be richer than captain Kirk but the Windows OS blows D And sucks on the same time C D C G Every OS wastes your time from the desktop to the lap C G Everything since the Abacus C D Just a bunch of crap C G D G From Microsoft to Macintosh to lin lan lin Lainux C D Every computer crashes C D Em Because every OS sucks D And blows G Em Now there is Linux or Lainux I do not know how you say it or how to install it use it or play it C D Or where to download it or what programs run but Linux or Lainux don't look like much fun G Em However you say it it's getting great press though how it survives is anyone's guess C D If you ask me it's a great big mess for elitist nerdy schmucks G Em Its free they say if you can get it to run the geeks they say well hey it's half the fun C Yeah well I got a girlfriend and things need to get done D The Linux OS sucks N.C.
