D7 G D G Am G D G My only hope is found in Jesus’ righteousness. G C D7 G D And now for me He stands Before the Father’s throne. D7 G D G Am G D G He shows His wounded hands and names me as His own. G C D7 G D His grace has planned it all, ’Tis mine but to believe, D7 G D G Am G D G And recognize His work of love and Christ receive.
