G C G There's a picture on the wall that brings me comfort D G My weary eyes rest on it from time to time C G Its a sweet unique depiction of the Savior D G The only one I know quite of its kind C G It shows Him laughin, our Lord is laughin D C G His head thrown back with joy upon His loving face C Em And for a moment there something happens D A D G I feel at peace just seein Jesus laughin C G To the left and just above the picture D G There sits a wooden cross upon the shelf C G Sometimes it seems just like the Lord is gazin D G Straight into the face of death itself C G And I see Him laughin, our Lord is laughin D C G His head thrown back with joy upon His lovin face C Em And in that moment there something happens D G I feel at peace just seein Jesus laughin C G Em D C In my heart I hold a gentle vision, And one day when I reach the other side Em Bm Em Am G D He'll hold me in His arms and whisper welcome, And as I look into His smiling eyes C G I see Him laughin, our Lord is laughin D C G His head thrown back with joy upon His lovin face C Em I'll lay down my burdens and feel it happen D G An everlasting peace with Jesus laughin C Em I'll join His angels singin and clappin D G C D G The victory won with me and Jesus laughin
