C C7 F The death watch was over, buried four days C Am D G Somebody said He'll soon be here, the Lord's on His way G7 C C7 F Martha ran to Him, and then she cried C G Lord if you had been here, You could have healed him C He'd still be alive F G C But You're four days late, and all hope is gone Am G F D G Gsus2 G Lord we don't understand, why you've waited so long C F But His way is God's way, not yours or mine C G C G# And isn’t it great, when He's four days late He's still on time C# F# C# Jesus said Martha show me the grave, but she said Lord A#m G# You don't understand He's been there four days C# F# The grave stone was rolled back, then Jesus cried C# G# C# Lazarus come forth then somebody said, He's alive, He's alive C# A/E A He's alive, He's alive, He's alive D G You may be fighting a battle of fear D Bm You've cried to the Lord, I need You now A D But he’has not appeared.
