F Bb F C F Bb I hate the capitalist system F C And I´ll tell you the reason why F Bb It has caused me so much suffering F C And my dearest friends to die F Bb Well I know you all are wondering F C What it has done to me F Bb Well I am going to tell you F C That my husband has TB F Bb Brought on by hardworking low wages F C And never enough to eat F Bb From going cold and hungry F C With no shoes upon his feet F Bb My husband was a coal-miner F C Who worked hard and risked his life F Bb Just trying to support three children F C F Himself, his mother and wife F Bb Well I had a blue-eyed baby F C Was a darling of my heart F Bb But from my little darling F C Her mother had to part F Bb While the rich and mighty capitalist F C Goes to rest in jewels and silk F Bb My darling blue-eyed baby F C F Has died for the want of milk F Bb Well they call this the land of plenty F C And for them I guess its true F Bb For the rich and mighty capitalists F C Not for workers like me and you F Bb Well now what can we do about it F C To these men of power and might F Bb Well I'll tell you mister capitalist F C F We are going to fight! fight! fight!
